Anniversary Clock Repair from the Experts at Horolovar

Horolovar now offers clock repair service for your 400 day/1000 day anniversary clock. The repair service is a complete movement overhaul, which includes servicing the mainspring, and replacing the suspension spring. Any other parts that may need to be replaced are extra. The service comes with a one year warranty. *Not included in the warranty is damage to the suspension spring after you have received the clock in running condition or the cost of return shipping. The price is $260.00, plus $35.00 for shipping and handling within the USA, which includes up to $500 of insurance. Residents of Ohio are subject to a 6.75% sales tax. 

To help avoid damage to your clock during shipping, remove and wrap separately or lock the pendulum before packing your clock. Do not send the glass dome or case. Wrap the clock in several layers of bubble wrap, and double box. The outer box should be large enough to allow a minimum of 2-3" all around the inner box. Both boxes should be completely filled with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or wadded up newspaper, enough so that when the box is shaken, nothing inside can be felt moving around. Insure the package for at least the value you place on your clock.

Once we receive the clock, we will disassemble the movement, and examine it for any parts that need replacement. We will then contact you with our findings, and the price of any needed replacement parts. Payment is due at this time. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will then reassemble the clock and return it. The charge will be $40.00 labor, plus the $35.00 return shipping for a clock returned unrepaired. 
 
After repairs, we thoroughly test the clock, and let it run for approximately 2 weeks while regulating the clock. We return your clock after this testing/regulating period is over, and cleared payment has been received. Your warranty form, which includes operating and care instructions, will be packed with your clock. Old parts are returned by request only. Turnaround time is usually 6-8 weeks, but can be longer based on current backlog.
